Wade and his staff are easy to work with and have highly automated loan processing so it moves quickly and without the need to make a lot of trips to see them in person. When you do have questions or need help, they actually answer the phone and your question usually in 1 call. I love the personal service and help finding the best rates. Have financed 3 or 4 times with Wade over 20 years and every time they are ar or near the lowest rate of everyone in the market but no one can touch his teams personal service and convinience. I started out looking for my new house with no clue on what I was doing- I needed serious guidance from everything from the best type of loan for me, how much I should spend / put down, what rates made the most sense. Wade and his team walked me through every step of the process often setting up individual sessions or creating custom videos to walk me through topics. Even after closing Wade and his team have continued to support me with weekly videos, my homestead exemption, how to fight my tax evaluation etc. let me also add that the entire team was always excited to help- this makes a huge difference - especially when you have no clue what’s going on. Wade and his team are a wonderful example of customer service and truly doing what’s best for their clients.

The entire staff is very timely with answering questions, and they were wonderful with reminders on everything we needed to close the loan.

Excellent mortgage lender!! Wade and his team of professionals have always been available and respond promptly with a thorough explanation for any mortgage related questions I have had...and I have had many. Being a retired veteran of the military I am bombarded with Mortgage rate "deals" on a weekly basis. Wade has helped me sort thru and understand what these "offers" mean.
