Step 1: New Hire Request
When you're ready, begin by completing the "New Hire Request." This will trigger my formal submission of your new hire details to our onboarding team, officially kicking off the process. Shortly after, you'll be contacted by our onboarding lead, Victoria Almedina, who will guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Before Your MU4
Once you’ve submitted the "New Hire Request" Jotform, explore the "Before Your MU4" section. This will give you a preview of what’s ahead and help you prepare for the process. You’ll also receive a series of emails from Victoria with detailed instructions, which I’ve mirrored in this section to give you a head start.
Step 3: After Your MU4
As you approach the final steps of transferring your MU4 with the NMLS system, it’s time to start planning ahead. The "After Your MU4" section will help you get a head start on what comes next. Here, you’ll find useful information and resources that will help you get ahead with your knowledge and planning, ensuring you're well-prepared to transition smoothly and start making an impact right away.
